THIS ITEM HAS SOLD(both skeins)CANADIAN MAPLE: This is the yarn I am so proud of from my March 15 blog post(read my review of it and see a swatch there). It is 100% New Zealand wool. A rugged, hardy, outerwear wool that will wear well. Takes colour beautifully and a pleasure to knit and felt, whatever you can imagine. About the same level of scratch as Noro Kureyon, maybe a bit less. I am test driving this one and keeping some, but willing to part with (2) 50 gram/110yd sample skeins taken from one dyed skein.
